At Moranté, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have confidence when shopping with us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are allowed and encouraged to open the package upon delivery to check the contents and ensure that the items match the order and are in good condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Refunds (If Paid Online), returns, or exchanges can only be requested while the delivery courier is still present. Once the courier leaves the delivery location, no refund or return request will be accepted, regardless of the issue.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • To return for a defective or wrong item, you must return it with same courier who delivered the items to you. ( same day return)

  • if you decided to return your order, delivery fees must be payed to the delivery courier  

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects

  • Items purchased on sale or with discount codes
